Treebo Premium Seven, Ranigunj

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel in June 2022 for 3 nights. The hotel is 4.6 km from Begumpet Railway station, and it is located on P V Narasimha Rao marg (first known as the necklace road before), the view of Hussain Sagar lake is great from the hotel outside tables and one will enjoy looking at the sunset. Now moving towards inside the staff and management is very much helpful, polite and always available. I booked the room with a breakfast combo and breakfast timing was 8-10 am. For the breakfast, they serve Idle-vada, bread jam, and 3 items are changing poori bhaji/ poha.., with the option of tea and coffee. The normal room was quite spacious for 2 and had all the amenities one could ask for, as you go up the room size increases. The bathroom was big and clean and had a shower facility and as you opt for premium rooms it had a bathtub as well. I had my dinner in the hotel itself as the food was delicious and served within 10-15min depending on the order. So a big thumbs up to this hotel & Very satisfied with my decision of staying there !!

The hotel has parking on the road. The rooms are NOT upto the mark. Observed cockroaches in the room as well as in their restaurant. I had vomiting after having their tea and we had to extend our stay by one day. The food is very expensive. The knobs in the bathroom are broken. The flush in the bathroom is leaking. The housekeeping staff when comes they do not enter your room unless you give them some money. The breakfast is ok. When we checked into the room, it was not clean. The furniture is broke. Plus points are - Room is big. Location is prime. The receptionist person Naveen is helpful and prompt in the service.

rooms are great but room service is terrible I asked for some water bottles in the morning but the reception guy denied and said "sir you have checkout today" - how does that mean anything? What's the problem in giving me water? and the receptionist is very forgetful - have to call him 3-4 times to get a job done. Also asked for some plates and spoons since I ordered some.outside food. i recieved cheap plastic disposable plates. Called the receptionist for this but he replied that "our restaurant doesn't give cutlery for.outside food" terrible experience

horrible experience, right from the security who would fuss about not letting our car in and no support for carrying bags to dirty dirty bed sheets and covers covered wit urine and stains. when asked to change the sheets the hotel staff changed but the second sheet also had the same problem, finally had to quit and leave the hotel just in 2 hours that bad was the condition
