Around budget it's an excellent choice. As I was in hurry, Receptionist lady quickly completed check in formalities and kept my room ready before I reach (I did inform reception a day earlier about my time to reach). Thanks to her. Market and Metro are nearby. I got very nice room. Service by staff and Reception are excellent. Room amenities are well maintained. Room was spacious. Breakfast served was delicious with several options. I would recommend this hotel for family, couples, business, etc.The service provided by Hotel staff.Amenities in roomLocation of hotel (accessible to public transport, market vicinity).Thanks Goibibo and Treebo

reception counter staff behavior is very bad and unprofessional towards customer problem.geyser is not aviable in bathroom and a boiler is fixed on the top floor which they start on numerous request of customer. landline is not working in room and fridge is avilable in room but not working and not clean from inside.Godrej locker is avilable but already locked.For all these above problems reception counter is not interested resolving these problems and continue there work and dominating behavior.I make pre booking thru app still I face these problems in just one day stay of my 3 days tour.

They have all basic amenities as mentioned. Breakfast is good with wide range of items. Hotel is located centrally in the Karol Bagh market. All shops, local market products are available in the area which you can explore by walking from hotel. Karol Bagh Metro Station is just 5 mins away from where you can easily reach various locations. Room is big enough for a family. Maintenance and housekeeping still can be improved.

It was always a pleasant surprise to live in the the treebo hotels and the rockwell plaza is one of them.The locality and the staff was awesome and you can easily approach any place of central delhi from here. Adjacent to the market but still have a very silent environment.

Treebo rockwell plaza is one of the key property of treebo which is surrounded by gaffar market & central delhi.Hotel looks so elegant and it is easily accessible by all medium. Few steps away from karol bagh market.

I stayed at Rockwell plaza for 2 days.. the stay was very pleasent.. it's near to karol bagh market and metro station.. Hotel staff behavior was good and food served was excellent..

Ac was not working in one room changed the room in another room The door was also not closing properly and also explained the same problem to the property owner but no action taken

Location of hotel is perfect, well within main Karolbaug market. Hotel is well maintained. Breakfast served was good. Need some improvement on service part.
