Treebo Stay Tuned JP Nagar

Stayed for two nights. Room was so small to comfortably accommodate two person so upgraded costing 1200/- extra but the room AC was not at all working, TV channel was not recharged so no picture, shower is not working properly. We were shifted to another room next morning where the same issue persist. They provide one stand fan & that was ok but they dont hesitate to ask extra amount without giving service they promised. Don't ever recommend anyone to stay. There is no ceiling fan & AC is non functional, just imagine the situation in so hot weather. Not recommend anyone if they improve their service.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with a pleasant ambiance, clean and hygienic rooms, and well-maintained restrooms. There's room for improvement in the washbasin drawer, but the terrace sit-out for complimentary breakfast provides a lovely view and delicious food. The staff are courteous and accommodating, and the location is tranquil and peaceful. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome Stay was There ...nothing bad...only 1 sujjestion i give 50 rs tip for Service boy...for 1 water bottel to serve me ...but again in morning he asking tip without any services...please guide to service boy...if customer is feeling good ..then u have not need to asking for tip...they doing from thereself ...otherwise all things is 5star

Worst experience, hotel is not good, not cleaning also, bad smell, its like slum accupation, and people are not maintaining the room, acutely I refuse the all rooms and i ask my refund, but nobody will respond, they rudely behaved am very upset. Pl complain to related department, am also going through the complaint
