Treebo Symphony Hotels And Resorts Angamally

The property was good and value for money.they are changing their policy every time I check in ,usual check in time 12 pm and if room available they allow early check in around 10 am but some time they won't allow to check in we have to wait as long as they think ok .During my recent stay they asked me to wait 30 min at the reception and allowed me to check in around 10.30 am and they said usually they allow check in around 11 am but shows 10 am I don't know exactly the correct check in time I think staff were not aware of the early check in policy of the hotelit's disappointing that I had to wait 45 min with my luggageduring the waiting time reception staff were using video calls and chatting with friends and felt ignored. The TV remote was not working and I had to call reception for help.in what summary of stay 1.good but not very good 2.average reception staff behaviour 3.Tv were and remote some time not working4.food was good5.room service wait period around 20-30 min and good staff6. value for money as compared to other.7.good privacy8.some rooms feel spacious but some rooms won't feel the same.book enjoy the stay

stay was over all good, room waw decent, Except Breakfast starting time but they need to provide complimentary breakfast from 8 am onwards, currently they are providing after 9 am only , which is ridiculousComplimentary breakfast should be provided at least from 8 am onwards , other wise this property will not be suitable for People who are on business/ official travel

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a pleasant stay. Overall, my experience at Treebo Trend Symphony Hotels and Resorts was positive. I would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

excellent stay. comfortable rooms. polite and humble staffs. only drawback is there breakfast. it starts by 9am and that too with too much limited option.
