The area in front of the hotel gate was filled with water, making it extremely difficult to access the hotel and proceed inside. There was no clear path available, and we found ourselves unable to walk through the area due to the waterlogged conditions. The following morning, we went down for breakfast and were disappointed to find that both the poha and paratha served were cold. The same issue persisted on the second day with the puri, upma and chai being served cold as well. Moreover, we noticed that the cleanliness of the hotel was also below expectations.

small cockroaches found in bathroom, breakfast was very poor. Location is not as that much better. room phone was not working and for drinking water I had to go three floors down every time. Requested to change the room but not changed. calling to reception on mobile number hotel number for drinking water but phone was not lifted. not good

worst experience, i just checked in the lift isn't working, i booked a deluxe room which normally provides bath tub but when i asked the receptionist he said there are only 4 bathtub deluxe rooms and said just contact customer care if you have any issues..not recommended at all
