Treebo Vrindavan, 3 Km From Madikeri Fort

Our stay at Vrindavan Coorg was extremely disappointing. The staff were uncooperative and rude, especially the manager. Despite advertising free early check-in, we were charged an extra 1000 INR even though a room was available when we arrived at 7 AM.The hotel’s operations were inconvenient, with doors closing at 8 PM and no dinner service thereafter. Breakfast hours were inflexible, from 7 AM to 9:30 AM, and dishes were cleared early at 9:20 AM, even if guests were still eating.Though the ambience is pleasant, the staff’s poor attitude significantly detracted from our experience. I would not recommend this hotel for families seeking a welcoming stay. There are better options in Madikeri that won't risk ruining your trip. This was our first bad experience booking.Hopefully, management will address these issues by changing their staff.

The room was spacious. There was a living area with sofa, center table, dining table and TV and then the bedroom.The bedsheet, curtains, table mats, and tiny carpet under center tables were NOT clean.The bathroom was not that clean, shower was leaking and unusable. The door to the bathroom area was not closing and cold breeze came through entire night through one of the windows there.We were shivering the entire night.The breakfast had very limited options. Idly sambhar, lemon rice, bread and butter, cornflakes, poori and sabji.Poori was under cooked and my daughter puked in car later in the day.There were other families too. Not sure if only we got short end of stick.Ample parking space and room size are only saving grace.Almost everything

Stay was pleasant; The room was big, I was travelling with my wife and kid. Service was just up to the mark. The hotel was located well, with parking, near to tourist spots and checked all points for a good hotel. BUT I have stayed in a better hotel from the price POV. At a similar price pointI expect to stay at a hotel with pool and more amenties; Altough the food was homely, I expected better variety of food. The dinner could only be ordered before 7; as a hotel expecting guests to be back in hotel by 7 is unusual.

It's a Beautiful place to stay at Coorg . The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathrooms were well equipped and super clean. Excellent room service provided. They also have a lovely Cafe and serve home cooked food. We enjoyed the stay.
