A very good hotel near Ranchi and well connected to highways about 5 mins drive. When we reached the rooms were neat and hygienically cleaned. * The room was spacious and ambience was too good with clean linen pillows etc. * The lift facility was available till the 3rd floor and the restaurant and swimming pool is on the 4th floor. * The swimming pool is undergoing maintenance for 20 days because the underwater tiles were broken and customers reported issues of damage so management took care to resolve the issue. * All the staff's behaviour was good, polite, professional and helpful. * The food quality and taste was very good. * The parking space was big and approx 15-20 cars can be parked easily. * The banquet hall was big enough and it was on the ground floor near the reception counter. * This hotel is near the Rainbow water park approx 5 mins drive and was a perfect option for those who wish to enjoy the water park and snow park near the hotel.

The experience was truly awesome..Starting from the hotel location it was not difficult to find..The exterior looked nice..The rooms were well maintained and very neat also there were all the essentials available in the room as we booked premium rooms... The most amazing thing that we had experienced was the food (ignoring the fact that they took a lot of time to prepare our order)..The food was too good I regret not meeting the chef.. If anyone is looking for a place to stay or enjoy your vacation with good food then I would definitely recommend this is one of the best places to stay... There is a pool on the rooftop which was a little bit untidy according to us but people can enjoy it from morning to evening with music.. Last not the least the staff & service was also very good & very friendly..We got quick responses for our queries & requirements from the staff.. We will definitely visit again..

Horrible experience staff behaviour is pathetic when I checked in hotel they denied my I'd saying my photo is not matching with the I'd after total wasting my one hour and by calling goibibo customer support finally they agree... There is foul smell coming from room which is from leakage, mattress and bed sheet are burnt there clear sign of rat.. no proper hygiene in hotel. Breakfast is limited only get uncooked idli and bhature is also too much thick and not fresh may be they prepare in morning. After you check out be ready to sit in lobby because they'll first check the room. I have stayed in almost all 3,4,5 star hotel but I'll never forget treedbo and winsome resort for it's horrible experience

i had a very pleasant experience at this resort (a key check that it has a banquet hall, restaurant & rooms with adequate facilities but can't be termed as a resort as it just has a pool at rooftop with attached restaurant and no lawn or view). the rooms were spacious and well-kept, offering plenty of comfort. the staff was quite helpful and always ready to assist with a friendly attitude. the food was another highlight — both the quality and taste were excellent. overall, a great place to stay, and i would definitely recommend it to others.
