The place is located very near to Payyambalam beach - Shacks zone. It is at a 10min easy walk. The room was beat and tidy, the washroom is small in comparison to an average size. The hostess is very polite and easy to talk to. They do not have in house food services but do offer tea and coffee at additional cost. One can order food from outside. Also, they arranged an early checkin for me at my request but surely I don't think that is possible at all times. The only negative thing I encountered was that the waiting area was very musty, I know it can be the weather conditions. But it was definitely a mood spoiler. Thanks to their hospitality my overall experience was good. security and good attitude

Treetop homestay cottage is definitely one of the best experience. The property owner is very friendly and called up a day before check in to introduce themselves and guide with Kannur location and property briefing. The property owner also calls up to check if we are interested in lunch/breakfast options. The property is a bit interior so if people want to stay with crowd in the main, then this may not be the place for you. This is for people who would love to enjoy stay away from city. Definitely a pleasant experience. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to experience a peaceful and pleasant stay in Kannur.

hospitality was good ✅ exterior is bit better to take pics room interior very poor AC sound disturbed the sleep as it keeps vibrating foot sounds of upstair room is also disturbing bathroom horrible too expensive stay it's worth only for 1200 the only thing my kids enjoyed thr was the kittens and THIS IS NOT A BEACH RESORT 😔 have to travel nearly 5kms to reach beach. if they avoid being money minded that would help them to reach more no complimentary drinks or welcome drinks no complimentary coffee or tea in morning which made us irritated we just received the list with price tag tats it !!

Along the coast line ,little bit away from the shore but that shouldn't put you off, as just 10minute walk from this property should land you into kannur's beautiful Payyambalam beach.Host were good, non bothering , check in was quite a breeze. calm and serene ambience. even though situated close to town but it was calm and quite.

Please do not choose this as it's located too far from the city and you'll have to pass the very narrow roads to reach. They don't provide towels and soaps unless you ask and even if u ask we got just 1 small soap for 2 people.Den room's washroom is too damn small!! And even the room! Its overcharged . Breakfast wasn't good too.

I stayed in a rock top room. This homestay has a pleasant cozy and homely vibe. property is pretty clean and well maintained. the hosts were quite friendly and helpful. Just one improvement point that I felt: The washroom was very small. it was bit difficult to take shower as the commode takes more than half area.

offbeat location, not sea view, dull surrounding, 500-600 for taxi and 250 for auto from kannur town. Not as per my expectations. friendly and responsive host.
