From the moment I arrived, the supervisor Pranav pull , staff Usha, Prachi and the team made me feel warmly welcomed with their friendly and attentive service. The check-in process was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful amenities in my room, including a comfortable bed and pristine cleanliness. Throughout my stay, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. It was my friends birthday and they have surprised us with balloon decor along with a chocolate cake to celebrate. The hotel's dining options were also top-notch, with a diverse menu and high-quality food. Overall, my experience at Trident was fantastic, thanks to their outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable stay.
