Tripli Udaipur

An average hotel with rude attitude & careless staff. I booked this hotel with the photos of the room given, indeed the room was spacious , neat & clean but lack basic facilties that is mentioned Infact reception openly deny providing it. They provided water bottle but no glasses were provided in the room to drink the water. Beautiful cupboard is provided with hanger roads but no hangers were given. A very neat & clean wash room with geyser facility & WC but no bathroom slippers. No electric kettle was available during check in. When asked about NA of these items in room reception said they have to talk to property manager. I threatened them to write the bad review about hotel & also talked to customer care but nothing was done. Pathetic & shameful for both. After sometime room service brought one pair bathroom slippers one electric kettle & one hanger, but still no glass to drink water. I returned the so called hanger & used my own hangers, which I cater for these type of hoteliers. Parking space is available for 2 or 3 cars only not more than that. On check in I was handed over the keys of the room & said you may go to room no. 109. On enquiring about the helper to carry luggage to 1st floor then only a helper was called. No basic ettiquetes of running the hospitality business by these young bunch of boys. Restaurant at roof top is useless & hopeless, recommend not to dine. There is no lake view, its all false. Just book a room for stay & complete yout tour & return at night to sleep. Otherwise room & washroom was quite good but behaviour of staff was bad & lacks basic facility. Cutomer care ensured me to get connected by some senior supervisor on the issues, but nobody called inturn. So... don't book this hotel at all & do not providing info on the room facilities.Not at all good, only average.

the hotel is just side of the highway which helps it better connect with different roads. the parking is a little compact and not entire covered. but it's inside the property so it's safe. The washroom wasn't up to the mark at all. the shower barely worked and the bucket was in a bad condition. the room itself was quite spacious with windows to look outside but the view was just okay. the major use for them would be ventilation. the TV and WIFI worked and the staff was really cooperative. they couldn't guide since they're not locals so that was a downside for me. the rooftop hotel was good and reasonable rates. the pool the property mentioned is unusable and unmaintained. the view from rooftop is good though. secure parking, good staff and CCTV everywhere.

The photos shown during hotel booking . What is promised is completely different from what you get at check-in. The facilities mentioned during booking are not provided at all. A sincere request to everyone – Tripli is a terrible hotel. Please do not book it, especially if you are coming on a family trip. Avoid Tripli at all costs. Major Problems: 1. The hotel’s restaurant is extremely dirty. 2. The swimming pool is a temporary setup. 3. They promise a deluxe double room but give you a very small room instead. 4. There is water leakage in the bathroom. 5. In every aspect, this hotel deserves a -10 rating. 6. Do not book hotels or any services The experience is highly disappointing .

The hotel was very well maintained and the staffs were very cooperative.we face the timing issue in checkin only apart from that no issues have been faced by us.it has roof top cafe and swimming pool.we enjoyed alot in roof top pool.suggestion- if you have option to have food at any other place then dont have food in the cafe of this hotel(it is not that food quality is cheap but the taste was not as per the dishes, you can have enjoy you meal here with the beautiful scene of the city)
