My experience at the hotel was very good and the location of the hotel was also very good. The staff present at the reception was very nice and polite. We had breakfast there and it was very good and fresh in taste. The housekeeping staff and maintenance staff of the hotel were also good, they take care of all the small things very minutely, the hotel was also very good in terms of cleanliness and hygiene.

worst service for such an expensive hotel. We asked for water bottles after it got over. But even after requesting them for the 3rd time for water we just got promises but no service. I would request all just don't go with looks n facilities included in the package as those facilities turn out totally different when u check in. There are much better hotels than this with a cheaper rate n better service

The stay was wonderful. It is a pet friendly property and we had no hassle in checking in with our pet. The staff were very polite and helpful. The food at restaurant was good. The swimming pool was well maintained. Complementary voucher for head and foot massage were an added benefit.

unprofessional and rude staff and manager. very smelly room and bathroom with horrible noise. couldn't sleep. bed is small and smelly. lifts are also smelly and dirty. insects and cookroaches are playing in the bathrooms. worst experience

Comparatively new hotel. Management not mature enough. No proper coordination. But people are good hearted. Had to shout at them for some service. Rooms lobby lifts etc are good and clean. Front look of hotel is beautiful.

Bad service. AC is not working. Refrigerator is working like microwave. If you put water, it becomes boiling hot. Lights are flickering. Staff is deaf. Despite asking for fixing the issues, no action is being taken.

Staff members need to go back to attend Hospitality course to understand the basics and all credit goes to HR for a great hiring. A good property with a staff (no exclusion) with full of attitude with no sense!

5 star rating to Hotel's hospitality. They gave us a free upgrade. Overall our stay was great. Well maintained and clean hotel which also gives you that heritage experience too

i booked super deluxe city view room. she give me simple room no window in the room. receptionist not guide about package , include complimentary .

Very Good Hotel They even gave me 6 hours early check in for no extra cost The staff is very cooperative. Overall a nice experience
