Mr Delex has taken care of us in each and every possible way. He welcomed us with smile by giving one white colour scarf. All the staff there was very helpful and can guide better than google. Hotelier can arrange you a cab for sightseeing. Main bazaar is 5 to 8 mins walking distance from hotel. Food is too delicious. I loved the thukpa soup, dal fry and steam rice. Breakfast also superb. Since leh is in high altitude, traveller's should take diamox tablets before 2 to 3 days travelling to leh. Once you reach leh you will need 2 days to just relax and then only plan sightseeing and go out. If anyone faces breathing issue, contact Mr Delex he will help you and guide you. He gave us Oxygen cylinder in our room with pulse meter check and tablets. Room view was amazing. I had uploaded the pictures. We got mountain view rooms from where we can see Shanti stupa so close. Rooms are so clean. Bathroom has all the toiletries with clean towels. They provide heater in room. They don't charge for heater as we spoke to Mr Delex, he believes that if we ask for heater charges our relation with customers get spoil. He is very nice person I met. I would suggest to order food from hotel only beacuse they really cook good food that too at reasonable rates. I would definitely gonna visit at this hotel in future with my friends and family.

The property is neat and clean with all necessary amenities. The staff were courteous and helpful. we chose the mountain view room which was definitely worth it. You can just stare at mountain and get immersed in the beauty of it. Last but not the least, Food was awesome especially laccha paratha(made with wheat) and kadai paneer. overall an enjoyable stay.

Tsokar Retreat was an amazing experience. Awesome location, 5 min walk to main market, cant be better. Very comfortable stay, helped us to quietly acclimatise. Reception was well maintained with local flavour Staff was courteous and prompt to cater to our needs. Terrace was specially scenic. Food was pretty good as well.

the hotel ambience and the view from the hotel is very beautiful. i would give 5 star rating for the rooms because they have heater installed and they maintain the room temperature perfectly. the food and staff are amazing. it was our first anniversary and they arranged cake for us too.

nice place to stay !! room is spacious with all amenities one of the best place to stay in leh you come here if you wanna enjoy stay and be near leh market. and last but least manager Sanjay is the nicest person I have ever met in my life. his hospitality is undoubted the best !!

very good hotel with 5mins walking distance to main market... good food and good heater.. u wont feel the outside temperature and 24×7 hot water in bathroom. thank you tsokar retreat for such a pleasant stay.
