had the worst experience in here the rooms are dirty. the floor is dirty. the curtains are dirty like literally dirty curtains. the walls have board mould board. you can look at it from the picture like little black mold on the wall, all around the room the switchboard broken the wires for the tube light protruding outside the wall yeah and what do i say the smell the smell in the room was like horrible. i had to literally buy a air freshener by myself and use it because i reached the hotel a little late in the night. i was not able to find another place and i was tired, and i didn’t have the strength to go look for another hotel that time so i had no choice but to buy a room, fresher and scared that yeah very bad experience not at all recommended i wouldn’t be booking through boy as well in the future i believe because customer service support. they will find you a new room on the price or they give you a full refund, but no bed and gone you have to stay. are you leave so one night i stayed there and i had to search for a different place to stay overall very bad experience It was a very bad experience. rooms were dirty. there was mold on the walls. the floors were dirty the curtains they had black dirt on them. the rooms was stinking smelly very bad experience.

only advantage is location where hotel situated amazing. however, in terms of stay it is not worth of money. toilet hotwater not come properly just installed home heater where it works limitedly. western toilet only comfortable can use by tall people above 6 ft height coz toilet installed height, where difficult for children and women. Food not worthy, they say make fresh and serve, but the masala gravy was already prepared one and not our desire or instructions.bed quality very poor. security switch off lights by 10. 30 to 11 pm in common areas with out asking with guest. it might be surprise for teavller to enjoy outsit.if they correct mentioned feed back above sure this hotel will be pleasant stay.

the property's view and site were okay, but the hotel room was disappointing. bedroom was pathetic, the bed was in a broken condition, the bathroom doors were not in order, and the room wasn't clean. moreover, the bedroom sheets appeared to be merely rearranged rather than changed. the front desk staff lacked hospitality and cooperation, which was unfortunate. to improve, they could strive to be more polite and helpful towards their customers. additionally, the location's connectivity was inconvenient, making it difficult to step out without a vehicle. overall, it wasn't a great place or experience. would not recommend this property.

This room is in a very nice location to look at and everyone can choose it and enjoy it. location to see entire ooty town and bus station, gudalur view points.Only a few things I would like to say about it bad . It's not clean and maintain rooms but the bathroom is well maintained. room size was unique but wall painting 70% not clean, bedspread and bed sheet little bit not clean. kids playing area very good. maximum room service person Hindi speaker. not good listener to hindi speaker. South Indian language person has very helpful for South Indian customers.
