Checked-in in the late hours, there was no security personnel on the entry gate till the room. As soon as I went it, found that there was no one in the hotel reception area, except the so called staff guy was sleeping on the couch, I woke him up, and then he had done all the formalities. Room was very okay kind of, with no proper locks from inside other than the regular door bolt, bathroom were not clean, you'll see black water/dirt spots all over the marble. Next morning I left, without having anything because upon calling the reception he simply stated, that he can't even serve a cup of tea because of no staff availability, I felt worst. Overall just avoid, better book some other hotel nearby, if available.

hotel is fully out of the city. and not at all satisfied experience. and recaptionist demand extra money like taxes and many more charges that not included in trip.

They refused to take my booking from goibibo. Hotel manager was very ill behaved.
