Stayed in twin double bed room. The bedding was clean but the bathroom cleanliness and hygiene were below average. Flush was faulty and not working intermittently. Water stopped for some time in bathroom causing much inconvenience though it was restored in around 15 minutes after reporting. The package included breakfast however it is not a buffet. They delivered the breakfast in room only as there is no restaurant. There was no choice and one plate of Aloo Paratha for each occupant was the only option. We stayed for two days and on second we got option to choose either a plate of Poori Bhaji or Idli. The breakfast starts after 8. I requested for it to be given around 7 for one day as we wanted early checkout however they said it is not possible. On positive side, the hotel's location is very good as it is walking distance from Assi ghat. Parking space is also very good.

I have already raised a complaint. Property was not the money at all. It’s not even rating 0.5 star. Property rooms had cockroach's, washroom very unhygienic, No restaurant in the property. Staff was very rude and disrespectful. Breakfast is complimentary but it’s only puri and bhaji which travels all the way from some different hotel. no other breakfast option they have. Please do not visit the property. It’s not worth at all. Highly under rated.

One plus is they have their own parking. So, if you are travelling in your own vehicle, that's an advantage. The facilities in the hotel are not up to the mark considering the cost. All facilities like geyser, AC are there but not maintained properly. The bed and pillow covers are not very clean. Location of the hotel is good, around 2 Kms from Kashi Vishwanath temple. Staff are friendly.

Room service is very good. Took complimentary BF which was good and tasty. Toilet door needs attention of the carpenter.

very good experience. Well cleaned room staff is friendly. Good location. Since hotel do not have restorent. You can't get sufficient breakfast. Or they can't provide it. When breakfast is included,it means that you can eat enough and with some options. But here is no option, and not enough.

A very good place to stay. It's nearby most of the hotspots that you want to visit like assi ghat ans other ghats, BHU,Durga kund, sankatmochan mandir etc a good place to chill as it's in the main area. It was easy to explore all the places and food items which is speciality of varanasi

The location of the property is just 200 meters from the main road. So it was not strenuous to locate the property. The breakfast was complimentary. The food quality and taste was up to the standard. About cleanliness I had no issues. The conduct of the staff was well mannered.

Clean hotel, in a nice location, not very far from ghats. Rickshaws easily accessible, food easily accessible from nearby, helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast was hygienic and tasty as well. No complaints, good service overall, will visit again.

It was a pleasant stay in VARANASI. Loction is very prominent, easy access to most toutist destination in Varanasi. Room I have stayed was clean and big. Staffs and owner are cooperative and helpful. But breakfast is not upto the mark.

Extremely clean and spacious rooms. Great breakfast also. The hotel is very close to Assi Ghat, Kashi Vishwanath Temple and market for shopping. Good option if you are with your family. Overall a great experience!

They didn't gave extra bed instead given extra matrices. Front and bathroom door are not locked properly. Hotel is far from assi Ghat.
