*Disappointing Experience at VAZHIYORAM Mundakkayam*I recently stayed at VAZHIYORAM in Mundakkayam, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel did not live up to the expectations..First off, the cleanliness of the room was a major issue. The bedding looked like it hadn't been changed, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. I found dust and grime in several places, making the stay quite uncomfortable.Moreover, the service was disappointing. Despite multiple requests, the staff was unresponsive and unhelpful. Basic amenities like towels and toiletries were not provided on time, and there seemed to be a general lack of concern for guest comfort.To make matters worse, the manager was extremely arrogant and dismissive when I tried to address these issues. Instead of resolving the problems, he made me feel like I was being unreasonable for expecting basic hospitality. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and added to the overall unpleasant experience.The food quality was another letdown. The meals lacked freshness and flavor, and the portions were inadequate for the price. Additionally, the restaurant service was slow, with a long wait time for even the simplest orders.Overall, my stay at VAZHIYORAM was far below expectations. I reach the time around 11pm No staff there and after15 min 1 staff came and say to me no room for today i am shocked becoz am already paid the hotel After saying he give to a room the room was not ok for me becoz the room was very dirty and wet bed sheet also no way i and my wife adjust Very bad experience for me

Room is spacious, ac and other infra needs upgradation, like chair, additional plug points etc. Steep climbing steps is another factor for knee patients to look in. Staff is courtious and well mannered.

I booked king size double bed but they provided two single bed, arranged together. While sleeping they got seperated. Linen was not cleaned, some stains over the linen.
