A Nightmare Stay You Should Avoid at All Costs This has been, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience we’ve had in decades, and that's saying a lot. From the moment we checked in, it was a disaster in every sense. • The beds were infested with cockroaches, crawling through torn mattresses with stuffing spilling out — it felt like staying in a pest-ridden storage unit rather than a hotel room. • The air conditioning was completely non-functional, leaving the room humid, suffocating, and impossible to rest in — especially for a family traveling with children. • There was no hot water in the bathrooms, making even basic hygiene a struggle. • To make matters worse, there is no restaurant on-site, and the hotel offers no proper food service despite being advertised as a full-service facility. • The staff was extremely unprofessional, and combative — rather than addressing our concerns, they responded with arguments and complete indifference. • We had paid extra for a “breakfast included” option, only to be told we’re allowed a single cold sandwich while everything else is chargeable — an absolute scam and false advertising. • TV switches didn’t work, most amenities were broken or in disrepair, and the room itself was in shambles. This wasn’t just disappointing — it was borderline uninhabitable and a health hazard. I would never recommend this property to anyone. It was humiliating and distressing to subject my family to such conditions on what was supposed to be a relaxing trip. Avoid this place at all costs — the management is careless, the facilities are deteriorated beyond repair, and it’s an outright disgrace to the hospitality industry.

Hotel is in very good location. But the inside looks very old and not maintained. For example, the bathroom door was not lockable and floors looked so old. During my stay, it was peaceful and quiet. No. disturbance from staff or anyone. I asked for room cleaning and change of sheets, I can't say they did great job there. But for a day stay quick travelling for a cheaper price this can be considered. For the current fare, they should definitely clean up and make the place better.

My wife snd I always stay here when we go to Delhi. The staff are incredibly friendly, flexible and helpful. The food is excellent snd very good value. And the location is good, not to far from the airport snd just arms the corner from the wonderful Green Park snd Haz Kaus Village. Well recommended.

they didn't reserve the room and gave me a small, congested corner room with no extra bed. no place to put an extra bed only which is totally not the room I booked. it's noisy and old too. room space, no extra bed, noisy, poor restorent
