A hotel's quality isn't decided by how big the entrance is or how well dressed the staff is. It is by how the hotel treats the customer. And this resort scores a 100 for service. They don't pretend to serve the customer, they really do. Even if the hotel staff aren't able to solve all the inconvenience faced by the customer, when they listen with empathy, and try to provide the best, they win the customer and the customer forgives all the inconvenience. The hotel staff started serving me well before I even reached there. They told me the route. They gave me information on the nearby places. They were available always. When I mentioned inconvenience in the mattress, they brought me a friggin mattress! And they gave their best to solve my every inconvenience there. I wish all the best to the staff. May they grow their business to great extent and serve the customer like now always.

Everything is amazing about this hotel . The Location, Restaurant, Service, Ambiance and their Staff. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for their staff Mr.Nirmal and one guy (forget to ask his name). Who did a great job here. This resort surrounded by tea estates and Very close to reserve forest. easily accessible . Seldom do you find such quality care, loved the way they attended to every query and go out of their way to make every visit a memorable one. A true sample of excellent hospitality! Without doubt one of my favorite hotels. and finally these two guys love their profession. Kudo's guys👌👏

Nice property. You can plan to stay here enroute to Ooty and then start next day to visit Pykara Lake and falls, shooting points etc on the way to Ooty. Clean room, nice view. Very nice owner, soft spoken and helping. Only down side is no restaurant on premises which means no morning tea in room :( But there's a restaurant just on the next property so you can take a walk to have tea and food.

Worth for the price paid.. Impressed with their services.. and their recommendations to roam around the nearby places.. The care taker Mithun is localite and very informative.. Has a reasonably good area for kids and adults to play around small games.. good car park area.. restaurant is just little ahead.. Rooms was clean as well. Safety and no disturbances from surroundings.

the hotel is isolated from the main town but situated on the highway. had a calm and peaceful stay close to nature. definitely i'll recommend this hotel to everyone. the hotel room was clean. the hotel staff mr. mirudhun lal was polite and helpful. there's a nearby nice restaurant to eat. i totally enjoyed the stay in peace.

View is fantastic and nice lawn to seat relax and enjoy nature in Morning & evaning. Property manager Mrinual Lal was very nice person and do all the needful to make your stay prefect. This hotel is Bed n Breakfasts so no restaurant but, you have very nice restaurant just next to hotel and direct access from back get.

You can enjoy the real hospitality of the Fellows over there. They are very knowledgeable about the locality, so please utilize it. The top rooms that they have provided to us is spectacular. Wish to visit again.
