The hotel’s location is very convenient, situated just near the Raipur Railway Station, which makes commuting super easy. Staff & Service: The staff was incredibly courteous, well-trained, and always ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. Their hospitality really made me feel welcome and at ease. Cleanliness: The entire property was immaculately clean. Rooms were spotless, the linen was fresh, and the bathrooms were hygienic. Housekeeping was consistent and efficient throughout my stay. Food: The in-house restaurant exceeded expectations. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety and everything tasted delicious. Lunch and dinner were equally good with both local and international options available — freshly prepared and full of flavor. Rooms & View: Rooms were spacious, modern, and well-appointed with all the amenities one could need. Some rooms also offer a nice view of the city, which adds to the charm. Beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Pricing: For the kind of quality and service provided, the pricing is very reasonable. The experience was amazing! Right from the Entry/Reception to Rooms / Restrooms, everything was as good as it could be. Hassle free Check-in, well behaved staffs and very lively atmosphere to get comfortable with.
