Worst Experience! Total Scam!Paid for this hotel, and it was a complete disaster! They promised a buffet breakfast, but all we got were bland aloo parathas and sandwiches. When we questioned them, they rudely said, "We don’t care, take it or leave it."The laundry policy was 2 clothes per person, but when we asked, the staff insulted us, threw my phone, and told us to leave immediately!

During my recent stay at this hotel, I had a fantastic experience! The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with a modern yet cozy vibe. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the linens felt luxurious.

The hotel location is close to the metro station sec 34. It's a very old property not maintained. door knobs to handles, to rest room and shower in rust. It's only recommended for solo male travelers. AC was good bed was good. Prashant at reception was fantastic.
