Recently visited Vihangs Palm Club located in Thane. One of the finest hotels in Thane. the quality of the rooms are really good. The staff is very cooperative. This was my 2nd visit. The only drawback is that the rooms had no windows. There are few rooms which has pool side view but they were full by the time we booked. otherwise the breakfast buffet and everything else was fantastic

such a ridiculous experience. I arrived at the hotel n waited for 40 to 45 minutes to check in the hotel. Hotel personnel were denied for check-in because didn't send any e-mail confirmation to the hotel via booking voucher. After follow-up for 30 to 35 minutes sent confirmation voucher to hotel. worst experience of booking.'

Reception needs to be trained in handling customers, TV set top box are always deactivated.. and they don’t bother to activate it.. we need to follow them to activate it ..as no entertainment apart from tv..It’s just a room ,no ventilation apart from AC no windows.. No fans .. Cleanliness is a 5 star .. housekeeping 5 star

this hotel is not even worth 2 Stars, the rooms are absolutely no value for money. activity area is closed on Monday still they charge the whole amount. only selective food is ready for customer consumption, would suggest you spend few bucks more and stay at satkar residency which is just next to vihang

We are stay in your hotel regarding business meeting but Hotel staff not allowed visitors so we recommend that it is not good for business meeting so please change your policy because 5 star hotel are allowed visitors for businees meeting.

The breakfast spread was nothing.. Breads were stale, coffee turned bad, only plain dosa and eggs were offered. The cappuccino was chargeable. Most of the rooms had seepage. No dental kits provided until asked. TV was not working.

very bad experiences, staying this hotels , room are like DABBA, there is no ventilation, no exhausts and sun light , even can say no light from outside, I will not go there again , and not prepare anyone to book your stay
