Its really not bad. it was the most affordable hotel I could find. The manager and the staff were SUPER nice and helpful and even helped me navigate through some stuff I needed help with. The hotel is located 900m away from the Versova beach so that's good as well! I needed to check in an hour earlier and even then, the manager were super nice and helped me with that too!I didn't opt for a breakfast option, so I cannot comment on the Food and Drinks. Cons- As for cleanliness, they could do better. The fan had accumulated dust over time so when I switched it on, the dust flew everywhere. The AC had water leaks. The sheets were not freshly cleaned and they had stains on them. And the pillow covers smelled like absolute terror; they really could use a wash. The location is a bit shady cuz its little inwards and so especially at night, it can get a little scary. But after the first day, you get used to it. Its super small, so you cannot really move around; only for sleeping and freshening up. Another thing was that the smell of fish lingers in the air and its very strong and pungent cuz the hotel is near the seaside.Overall rating: 4/5Would definitely recommend if you're only looking for a place to crash

Hotel is new so everything is excellent, the staff are really friendly and helpful if anything is required or needed, they can arrange food if required or you can order in! the only issue is it's a little difficult to find the location for the delivery agents, they keep calling so its gets a little annoying, other than that perfect! As a couple, we got no complaints! as we felt safe and got our quality time that we need. a little noise from the outside of kids playing but that's almost negligible!

The room is good enough to stay kinda small but okay not a big issue as it was clean and confortable to sleep no issues with bed also. The hotrl is also located at good place as the beach and cafes are nearby to it. Worth every money love it!

Not so good.hospitality was very bad Only two persons were in hotel .work of waiter was doing by sweeper.no hygienic rules were followed 3

The location is a little tricky to approach but it's very near to Varsova beach and lots of Cafes and food junctions around.

The stay was amazing nearer the beach. The room size is small which is little bit challenging. But overall ambience was good.
