hotel is well maintained and courteous staff. One would need personal vehicle for business purposes if travelling for business, due to the location of the hotel. room service is timely and great. Right on the GT road, so great for people commuting on the highway. Restaurant is spacious and well maintained.

The hotel property was good. staffs were helpful. food was tasty. rooms are spacious enough and the bathroom is so big. the only problem we faced was the centralized air-conditioned was not efficiently cooling the room in the day time. but at night it was good. please look into the AC system.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled as a group of couple with a child of <12years old.

at around 11:00 pm in the hotel, when i fell asleep, rats started running around in the false ceiling due to which i could not sleep the whole night. as soon as i fell asleep, the rats would start running around.
