Despite the place being at a magnificent location and great views with an access bridge for the resort and an inhouse beach, the experience was far from it.... Main reason for it being the extremely poor service quality and arrogant staff behaviour... To begin with, it started as soon as we reached... There is no proper reception as such and you just need to find a staff and deal with him... We were greeted with the welcome comment..We've no info about it.. Anyways we managed checkin... Room service is also extremely poor, there are hardly 2 ppl in the resort and you need to hunt them for anything and most of the times they'll answer with a NO... Its the beauty of the himalayas and the river which makes the stay pleasant but overall for the experience provided, it highly overpriced!

Room service is not available as shown in details of Resort. Tent house is not arranged properly and very small not even cleaned properly. Food facilities are limited you don't have options 1 dry veg 1 daal rice and Roti nothing but you have to eat them the tasteless thing. No intercom to call for the needful things. The only thing good is View and ground. Not suitable for family trips

Excellent & Amazing place to stay here. Would totally recommend here in Rishikesh. Location was perfect close to the market and many tourists spot. Hotel was beautiful and had a great facilities with beautiful view of river, comfortable and enjoyable with spacious and well maintained rooms. The staff here are helpful. Services and hospitality are excellent.

Bad service.No professional service was provided. Room was full of dust. We had to clean it. We had severe dust allergies.Carpets were dirty, door mat was like roadside dog door mat. Entire kitchen needed cleaning. The care taker was unprofessional & untrained. Owner should keep a professional care taker who can take care of the property & guest as well.

Hotel is very difficult to access and their rates are also very high as comlared to nearby resorts. camp stays are very small and without a.c. Not Good. we have upgraded the room at very high cost bt it also lacks many things. only good thing is their food..totaly home style and they provide what you demand.

VNA charged us extra for extra persons in the tents which is fine but they should inform this in advance rather than at the very end. Also the charges were so high that we could have rented an another tent rather than adjusting in the existing one. Expected more transparency.

My experience of staying here is very good. The room was not comfortable that comfortable but the location was very good as it was inside some lane so it was away from all the chaos & was very peaceful over there. The food was very delicious too.

Location was good. Food was good. Staff service was good. Swimming pool,gym,spa and garden were not available. Laundry and housekeeping were not available. Free Wi-Fi was not available. In terms of security it was good to stay.

Very beautiful property. Unmatched view from my room. There was complimentary ganga aarti, swimming pool was crystal clear. Dhruv who is the caretaker here is also helpful. He helped us with luggage and other things.

The stay was not as per our expectations. Services that they provided was not up to the mark. Food services were not good. Staff was not so polite. Also, there was no proper parking facility available.
