I stayed in an AC room (4th floor) Positives: The location, hotel condition, cleanliness, staff behaviour, water facility were good. Negatives: They didn't provide many facilities as promised. They didn't recharge the TV dish. At least the wifi was also not recharged. The geyser was working but, it has very low capacity. From the first minute of my stay, I've been asking the staff to arrange the TV dish recharge or atleast wifi. They politely answered that they'll do and I asked them many times. But they failed to do it despite my numerous requests. That's why I felt that I overpaid them unnecessarily. When anyone goes out with friends, they usually spend time eating, watching some entertainment stuff and relaxing. But, it was very boring for me because of the unavailability of TV and wifi. So, I had a somewhat bad experience coming with friends.

Have booked this hotel AC standard room for 2 nights..I haven't stayed for 1 night.Room is pathetic, AC not working, wall painted with pan spit, insects round the corner of the room & the entire room have a smoking smell & foul smell.Water leakage in bathroom.I suggest every customers to not booked this hotel for stay.Worst experience till yet.No Customer service.Hotel manager not responding to the problems.Asked the manager to change the room so he was asking for Extra Cash.Wasted my one night money as hotel haven't refunded that.Please do not booked this hotel in near future if you visit hyderabad.

Hotel is a center point of all the main places of Hyderabad such as charminar, golcunda fort, lumbini part & snow world etc. I had taken a scooter on rent so travelling is not a challenge for me. About hotel staff and room facility you can go for it on a blind fold, belive me they all are very polite and helpful.

worst experience ever ... dirty toilet.. dirty linen.. broken electric sockets . it's a nightmare staying in this place.. had booked for a day but checked out within 3 hours of stay.. please anyone thinking to book here.. kindly stay away..

Hotel was nice and the staffs were also very good and helpful. Just 1 feedback please maintain hotel premises clean so that it does not look nasty. Also washroom seat is broken, so pls take care of such things.

Given Pathetic Room, Bathroom was Very Dirty. Fans were not Working. After Visiting Market when came back in 9 pm. Power Back was not there for Whole Night.
