it was awesome, this hotel is at heart of the city and you will find everything near to shop. zomato and swiggy service is available. the hotel rooms, staff are top class. it’s newly build and very well maintained property. there is 2 to 3 car parking place at ground floor and you can also park outside property. i would definitely revisit this place again

one of the finest budget hotel. Neat,clean, hygienic. Value for money. Staff very cooperative and helpful. special gratitude to Ms Patricia and Mr Vishnu and other staff. The owner of this hotel seems to be well versed in his job. well-done and keep it up. Every thing was beyond our expectations . would like to stay again if we visit. Highly recommend

We have stayed at the hotel for two nights. The stay was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious. They have provided a Refrigerator also apart from regular amenities. Parking a four wheeler in the space provided is a little bit problem.. Else everything is good. People who are planning to rent bikes can book the hotel without doubt.

The hotel staff behaviour was really nice and welcoming. The double room was small but was very neat. They let us keep our luggage in the reception and let us use the common washroom as well before and after our checkout. Will recommend this place if you want a safe and peaceful stay in Pondicherry.

Located in main market area,rooms are spacious and bathrooms are clean ,needs to be maintained a little bit more, Service is good overall. Doesnt have attached restuarent ,but you can order from zomato or swiggy ,or there are plenty of local restaurents to dine nearby.

excellent experience in the hotel in the aspect inside the hotel comfort ,but small car parking and no resturant at time of my stay they told that it will be available soon...good option near to the beach (1-2 km )

Hotel don't have food service. Overall it's a good and clean place. Room has fridge and balcony. However they charge for drinking package water. Near to main road and connectivity is ease. Well maintained property.

Neat and clean hotel. Very helpful staff. Neat and clean rooms, Good Service. Location was very convenient and lot of eateries and pubs around. Tea/ Coffee supplies to rooms would be appreciated as well.

it was too costly, doesn’t look like a proper hotel. not sure why it was shown with so high ratings on goibibo. had a look at the hotels in that area and found them much cheaper and better.

hotel was excellent. i stayed for 5 days and there was no issue. hotel staff is very cooperative and prompt in giving service. i will surely stay again here in future.

It was a very pleasant stay at the Welcome Grand Residency, the rooms were very well maintained, it was very neat and clean.

Good location, clean and neat. Parking space is also provided. Didn't try food/ drinks, so no clue about that.
