The rooms are dirty with torn bedsheets. The minibar was empty and the fridge was smelling bad. Outside noise was disturbing and due to that, I wasn't able to sleep, no soundproof glasses.Breakfast was very limited not even up to the mark in terms of quality.The front desk was very rude and loud. He asked us to check out early forcefully.Overall the aura/ambience/service/food/location/staff of this place is not good and had a very bad experience. Wont recommend to anyone.

Welcome of the staff is amazing.Location of the hotel is a little interior with small lanes. The property is very old but they have maintained it very properly. Continous improvements are done on property to maintain it. Service is very good. Food quality is amazing but a bit costly. While booking please opt for room with breakfast which will be a good option. Being old property there are many lizards around which becomes a little nuisance. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. Overall a good property to stay if you want heritage stay We got a kivaad room with a hall so it was like two bedrooms attached with each other. Ambience and the hospitality of staff was liked the most

very unique property with interesting stories of history associated with allahabad and medieval india. the antiquity in the heritage hotel is striking and allows you to forget certain shortcomings. very good food spread on offer. gives you a taste of prayagraj. it's a block away from sangam ghat and though the location of the hotel in daraganj can be a certain hindrance, it can be overcome with planning. i was there on april 15-17 and the region was heating up. i am sure winter must be thrilling. a word for the staff and service: very courteous and helpful. service is very effective. enjoyed my stay very much.

we won't recommend it to others who are looking for a comfortable stay. hotels mentioned parking is available but it's on road parking with no safety. rooms were very old and not maintained properly, washrooms were not cleaned and flush of the toilet was not working in one of the rooms we booked. they only provide 1 bottle of water per person if you ask for a new bottle it's a paid one. the stay wasn't good at all and not worth it for the price to pay for each room. there are much better options available in less price and more facilities.
