i had a wonderful time at west end hotel in matheran. i had booked a deluxe garden-facing room . to my surprise and joy, when i reached the reception, they upgraded my booking without me even asking and gave me a spacious cottage instead. the cottage had two floors, and it was a lot of fun staying there. this room made me really happy and added to my great experience in matheran.the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast with many options. the best part was that my mother really enjoyed it, which made me even happier. apart from just staying in the room, there were many indoor and outdoor activities to enjoy at the hotel.the hotel’s location is also very convenient. it gives easy access to different sightseeing points and the bazaar. the surroundings are full of greenery, making you feel close to nature.the room was clean and well-maintained. the hotel staff was polite and helpful, and their service was excellent. my overall experience at the restaurant was also very good. even the katta we ordered was tasty. the hotel has a nice restaurant that serves food till 10:30 at night, which is very convenient.i highly recommend west end hotel to anyone planning a stay in matheran. having a good experience is important when you are on vacation, and west end hotel is definitely the best choice!

worth Staying here with love one... ambience is very nice ... all amenities available.. swimming pool,gardens,kid garden, 24/7 hot water available,just a bit distance from matheran railway station but it's worth visiting ... staff is very nice and supportive..they upgraded my room to super deluxe from deluxe without any cost ... recommended to stay with family friends

First thing the hotel is far from the market but nearest to all points. The hotel and staff are very cooperative. The food is amazing. locals will say the food prices in the hotel are high Go to the market and eat something but don't try. Especially Alankar restaurants bakwaas hai. rest all good. must visit again food, child play ground, swimming pool and magicians..

Excellent stay, Food little bit expensive but Nice location, Seren place. Neat and clean rooms. I have not had such a clean bathroom with fragrance even in Five star like vivanta by Taj..They know customer requirement very well and Understand the hospitality Industry very well...Nice.experiance...Need Internet sorted in each room though..like Byke heritage....

Hotel rooms are very nice and clean with all facilities. Food is too good loved it. Got Complimentary Breakfast it was very nice and food options were too many... Homecaretaker service is bit slow and sometime they forget you called them you need to call them 2 times... over all hotel is very nice with Kids playing area , Games , Night DJ etc.

i had a wonderful stay at the westend hotel, matheran. the service was excellent—staff were courteous and attentive. the quality of the food was also impressive, with a great variety and delicious flavors. overall, it was the best experience, and i would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Very neat and clean property. It was a nice stay at Westend Hotel. Beautiful ambiance and the surroundings. Haven't tried their food, but we had a complimentary breakfast, which was good. At night there was also music and dancing. Nothing. It was actually a good stay.

Stay was excellent. Rooms were neat and tidy. Food was great. Breakfast buffet had multiple tasty varities. We even ordred their paneer biryani which was good. Ambiance, gerden, pool and everything was perfect.
