Nice hotel. Very helpful and polite staff. Clean room, washroom, and linen. No swimming pool. We stayed for two days and second day buffet breakfast was not available, reason being very less number of guests. Breakfast was not up to the mark, idly was very soft but tasted sour. The dinner we ordered was tasty, especially the tandoori chicken and dragon chicken with ****er naan. The foods and drinks were not very expensive like in some other hotels, its almost similar to normal restaurants. I would consider this as a good 3 star hotel, and not a 4 star one. Location is good, near to vadakkumnathan temple, railway station, restaurants, shops and cine theatres.

Great Hotel.. Loved it .. I searched lot of hotels in thrissur city , every budget oriented hotel have their own disadvantages and negative reviews . But White palace .. one of the gem in my mind right now . A awesome hotel in thrissur city center with decent staffs and lots of amenities in room .. I booked a executive room ..While chech in they upgraded me to suit room without any request .. Thank you so much team white palace for a wonderful stay at thrissur

My stay was good. Food was super. Staff are friendly and always ready to help. Early morning only reception was available but i got my tea within minutes, so no complaints. Hotel location is a bit inconvenient coz its located in the side of a smaller road, and have to ask google maps to find the location if going for first time.

The stay at this hotel was really good. We got an upgraded room and it was really spacious and clean. The staff in the hotel was also very courteous. The hotel is located in the centre of the city so you'll find everything close by. It seems to be one of the best options to stay in Thrissur.

I found zero faults with this hotel. It was an absolutely amazing 3 days stay. The staff is very sweet and helpful in every way. The food is top notch and i would highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Thrissur. An added bonus, the price is very affordable.

Hotel is good but they have allocated a handicapped room to me. and their manager was reluctant to meet to discuss about the issue. Front office staffs are irresponsible
