Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the Money I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was subpar. While the room was spacious and aesthetically pleasing, the service was slow and inadequate. Check-in Issues We informed the caretaker an hour in advance about our arrival, requesting a smooth check-in. However, upon arrival, we were made to wait for 35 minutes before receiving the room key Room Amenities The room lacked basic amenities like dental kits and shampoo. The geyser was not working, and despite complaining, it took the staff three hours to attend to the issue. Moreover, most of the switchboards in the room were damaged. Overall Experience Considering the price, I expected a much better experience. The hotel's slow service and lack of attention to detail made our stay unpleasant. Unless they improve their services, I would not recommend this hotel to others

Poorly maintained rooms. The kitchen was not completed. The washrooms did not have any towels. There was a fine if used utensils were not washed before checkout, but there was no utensil cleaning supplies provided for the same. How am I supposed to clean them? With tap water? The flush in the toilets did not work and needed to be fixed. The lift was extremely old and creaky and gave the impression that it will breakdown soon. overall the price quoted was of a 4/5 star property, but what you get is of 2 star comparison. Such a bad experience every time i had to cal for water no water for bath no service at all messy bathrooms be aware before staying even they do not rply properly
