totally ridiculous guys, i had to shift my room midnight the day i checked in due to a rat in my room. the next morning, when i asked them for the breakfast which i paid along with my booking. they refused it as they didn’t update their records for which i had to go back get the invoice and show them. they made me wait for over an hour to get me water while they it’s your check out day we can’t give you that. and when i said you supposed to give me atleast a bottle a day and the day previous i didn’t get them. just ridiculously they mentioned they gotta check their records. while i was getting late, i asked maybe send it and i’ll pay for it - which they couldn’t do it as well. definitely, a place better to stay away from.

Hotel room is good but room service is very poor. This hotel is used as hostel or pg therefore it is good for hostel or pg but not as hotel room. Food available in cafe is good.Amenities in hotel also average. But room service is very very poor. wifi available but not connected in tv.my room cleaned after I complained four times.no one asked for tea and water.you don't get morning tea and water. you pay for a service but you don't get service.you have to do all for yourself own either you want water or tea.therefore I didn't recommend to stay here.

Room Service facilities are very very poor... worst service Ever... we staying in last 3 day's here, TV not working, Room not cleaned and water bottle not given, I had informed to Reception person many times, both night shift and day shift person.. but no one didn't arrange anything...

its good stay near to itpl decent clean room, very good wifi for working professionals, big cafeteria for food with decent options in breakfast. however don’t expect hotel experience like room are cleaned alternate days, no in-room service. housekeeping is not available after 5 pm.

reception staffs were rude and not helpful to timely needs. room access card not working after asking several times. charged extra for early check in which was not informed while confirmation over call.. last stay experience was good.. this time really felt bad

Very spacious and clean Overall nice Check in was slow and tedious Recommend for all types of guests Highlight is the playing area and cafeteria Should take initiative to clean up and beautify the access to the property to add value to the property

On tap , shower and toilet we started getting hot water. The management was courteous to give another room bathroom. But certainly the night and morning had tough time with only hot water on all the taps. Test it is a good place to stay.

Amazing place to stay for both short and long term duration. Excellent room and service. Staffs are very friendly, supportive and polite, they take care well. I like the amenities and service here. Really very nice experience.

It is a colive space. Fantasticly build for the people searching for PG or colive. It has a spacious canteen and place to play games and entertainment. Do not expect hotel facilities here.
