it was overall average. rooms are well build. house keeping staff - madhuri and rajesh were really helpful. washroom was a bit stinky even after cleaning, guess it was drainage smell. breakfast was good, no complaints there. i think the communication from the ground staff has to be improved in providing the best of information to the customers. i didn't get my room key even after reminding multiple times.

It was a great stay. rooms are near and clean. food quality is good. breakfast has limited options but it's 😃. only thing missing was phone, we could not call the service as our phone was not working. they did not have any phone. it only works through mobile. rest everything was excellent 👌 rest everything was phone call

Hotel stay is comfortable. Stayed here for 15 days. Room size is okay and cleanliness is good. Food is average - sometimes it is good. Bani and Sagar plus the staff at the restaurant are the only staff, who are helpful. Rest of the staff seem untrained, unprofessional and need to learn how to work in hospitality industry.

The stay was excellent, good hospitality, nice gesture and I really enjoyed the short stay. Best suitable for a team stay. WiFi was good, No DTH but enjoyed with prime and internet websites. The pleasant night with slight noisy AC. Need to improvise on breakfast varieties

Very good property at good location and very clean room. Mr. Abdul Qadir was very helpful during check-out. Just one feedback - TV should be in Bedrooms and not in hall since the hall and kitchen is shared it becomes very uncomfortable if anyone wants to watch TV.

I stayed for 3 nights, the location is superb it's just 4-5 minutes from BKC. The staff was very responsive and I din face any issue at my stay. They also have jacuzzi, mini theater, steam and also a Gym..
