I recently stayed at the Zostel in Ramgarh and was highly disappointed with the experience. The property is poorly maintained, with clear signs of neglect everywhere. Basic amenities were lacking—there were no heaters despite the cold weather, making the stay incredibly uncomfortable. The staff seemed untrained and unprofessional, unable to address even simple requests or queries. To make matters worse, the food quality was subpar and overpriced, leaving us with no choice but to eat elsewhere. This property is far from the usual Zostel standards, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They seriously need to step up their maintenance and services to make it worth the stay

We got what we saw in the pictures. The stay was amazing. The caretaker "Abhiskek" is superb in his hospitality. I highly recommend this property for families and friends anytime.
