1. Rooms were stinking very badly, couldn't breathe. 2. Bathroom flush was not not working, and it was also stinking like dead fish. 3. Staff was not supportive at all, manager was very rude, never seen such kind of a person in hospitality industry. 4. Worst Zostel experience

Property is good, but vibe wise it lacks a lot. Seeing reviews I came with lot of expectations. Previous day I was at Gostops and that stay was way better than this. Also, on the staff part, I didn't find them to be much helpful and friendly. Nothing great!!
