Goibibo Uber Offer
As a special offer for Goibibo customers, Uber is offering free rides through their premium car service to help you get around safely and in style! To avail this offer all you have to do is book your flights/hotels on goibibo.com. This will entitle you for two free rides (up to a maximum of Rs.600 each), which are valid until Sep 30th, 2014. Download the Uber app from uber.com/app and follow the instructions below.
Uber is a mobile app, recently funded by Google that seamlessly connects riders to local, licensed, professional drivers. The Uber app lets you leave your car at home and request a safe, reliable and stylish ride within minutes. You can track the arrival of your ride on the map and you'll receive a notification when the car arrives. It's cashless and convenient, with automatic payments through your card.
Once you download the app:
- Follow the instructions to sign up and register with your details
- Enter the promo code
- You will see a map and a green pin. Position the pin on the map where you would like to be picked up
- Press "SET PICKUP LOCATION" and then press "REQUEST CAR"
- You will be able to see a picture of the driver and other details of the ride and will be able to track the car as it moves towards your selected pickup location. You will also get a notification when your driver has arrived.
- On your first and second ride you will be only charged over and above Rs. 600 if any. If your ride bill is less than 600 then you wont be charged anything for the ride
