Budapest is the capital as well as the political, cultural and commercial centre of Hungary. It got its name by the combination of two different city names “Buda” and “Pest”, when they were united together with Óbuda to become a single city in 1873. Ninoy Aquino International Airport (MNL) is the main airport serving the city with daily international and domestic flights.
