Transportation
The island has a well-planned and efficient transportation network that makes travelling a hassle-free task. The Phuket International Airport (HKT) has dedicated terminals and caters to both domestic flights as well as international flights. Cheap flight tickets from here to other popular cities can be booked online on Goibibo. Also, flight status & other details related to flight booking & air tickets can be easily accessed on it. So for cheapest air tickets, it is recommended to book flights online. The island does not have direct rail connectivity but road transport is a good option.  There are two bus terminals in Phuket and regular buses traverse to nearby destinations like Phang Nga, Krabi, Chumphon and Khao Lak. Commuting within the city can be done easily by motorbike taxis and Tuk Tuks.
