We received a very warm welcome from the GRE team especially Ms saili. We were delighted and overwhelmed by her hospitality.Friendly and welcoming staff, with nice and clean rooms and amenitiesExcellent service from all the team members from the reception staff, housekeeping, to everyone that we encountered. They are all friendly and very accommodating.Also special thanks to Ms saili for accommodating our request for room upgrade. She is very courteous and helping. My sincere appreciation to her for all the support given to my old uncle who visited the hotel for few hours. She is a motivation to new guests like us.Thumbs up to GRE team. I hightly recommend this property to all travellers. Will definitely come back to this property hopeful soon.

This time we were upgraded to the higher floor which was much quieter and the shower quarter was cleaner. Sleep quality was the best so far of all our stay at Doubletree by Hilton Gurgaon. Special thanks to Ms Pia and all the staff team who always greeted us with the warmest smiles (and warm cookies!) Breakfast buffet selection was decent. And gym facility was up to the mark. Now Doubletree by Hilton Gurgaon has become our home away from home. Looking forward to our next stay in the near future.

Staff was quite helpful and service was top class.Cleanliness of the overall hotel was super.The hotel adhered to the Covid related protocols to the fullest.Cleanliness was what I liked the most.Pool was also quite clean and size was also decent.Rooms were also spacious.If I talk about food, we had the buffet breakfast and the quality & variety of food served was amazing.
