Buddha Air is a privately owned airline of Nepal, based in Jawalakhel, Lalitpur District. The main base of this airline is Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu.
It was established on 23 April 1996 as a Private Limited Company by Surendra Bahadur Basnet, a retired Supreme Court judge and his youngest son Shivendra Bahadur Basnet, a helicopter pilot.
- The airline covers 10 domestic destinations and 1 international destination namely Varanasi, India. It also operates mountain flights from Kathmandu to the Everest range.
