About Georgian Airlines
Primarily known as ''Airzena'' , the company was established in September 1993. At first it only operated charter flights to United Arab Emirates, Italy, China, Egypt, India, Syria and regular flights to Vienna. Eventually in 1999 it became the flag carrier of Georgia. The company changed its name to Georgian Airlines in August 2004.
At present Iase Zautashvili is the General Director of Georgian Airlines is a fully privately owned company and has Tbilisi International Airport as its base airport.
