About Gojet Airlines

GoJet Airlines was established in 2004 by Trans States Holdings. The delivery of the airlines first Bombardier was done in June 2005.

GoJet Airline is certified through Air Carrier Operating Certificate. This happened in September 2005 and scheduled passenger services began from October 4, 2005 onwards. The delivery of Gojets 25th aircraft was done by the end of 2009.

Delta Air Lines announced in January 2012 that it was planning a launch of new GoJet aircraft service as a Delta Connection regional carrier. The initial transfer would include 15 of such aircrafts which were previously assigned to Comair division. 12 of such aircraft which were owned or leased aircrafts contracted to SkyWest Airlines to begin the service. GoJet began service as a Delta Connection carrier on January 22, 2012. It also launched an inaugural flight from St. Louis, Missouri to Detroit, Michigan on the same date.
