Travel bookings for Domestic Flights, International Flights, Domestic Hotels, International Hotels, Domestic Holiday Packages, Sightseeing, and Bus Travel are available on Goibibo

Goibibo also provides exclusive travel bookings for groups of 4 or more people.

At the top right-hand side of the site, you will see a tab with the text "Sign up".

Click on "sign up", fill in your basic information and click on "create account" button.

Alternatively, you can sign up using your facebook login by clicking on the "facebook sign in" button.

If you are already a user on www.ibibo.com, then you can also sign in using your Ibibo id and password.

In order to look into your booking history, refund status, future bookings, credit details, and receive exclusive member-only discounts, it is important that you create a Goibibo account.

Sign in to your Goibibo account with your username and password

Click on "My Bookings" tab at the top of the site.

You will see the complete list of past, current, and future travels, as well as status of pending refunds.

You can submit your feedback at https://www.goibibo.com/feedback and our team will look into your suggestions.

Troubleshooting

Click on "Sign in" button at the top right-hand side of the site.

From there, you will be redirected to the sign-in page. Click on "forgot password".

Enter your email id along with the code mentioned on the screen and submit.

You will receive an email from us at your registered id informing you about steps for password reset.

Click on the link you received in your mail and choose your new password.

To change your password, you will have to click on the "forgot password" displayed button at the time of sign-in. You will be sent a link via email through which you can reset your password.

The username and password are case sensitive. Please check that the "Caps Lock" on your system should be off and try again.

If you are still not able to login then probably you have either mis-typed your username and/or password, or, you might have forgotten your username and/or password. In such a case, please click on the "forgot password" button and you will receive an email from us containing your username and a password reset link. Click on the link and you can then login with your new password.

After signing in, you will see you username being displayed at the top right-hand side of the site.

Click on your username and it will redirect you to the "edit profile" page.

Make changes as necessary and press "update".

Your username is created at the time of signing up. This cannot be changed later

To logout, click on the "Sign Out" button at the top right-hand side of the site.

It is recommended that you log out after you have completed your transactions, especially if you are accessing the site from a public or shared computer.

The connection speed depends on your Internet Service Provider. You will have to check with them for a better speed.
