While they've changed the name of the resort to Angsana Villas resort, it still sold as Outrigger Laguna here on GoIbibo it is confusing as we reached Angsana Villas Resort Phuket (SHA Plus) Outrigger Laguna only to realise we were not booked there so we had to then go to the changed name property..they had two Outrigger hotels now only one..same owners though.. Back to the room..a nice spacious well furnished suite with a large kitchenette area with all cooking utensils provided perfect for a couple who stays for a long while..the onky downside was the interenet wasn't working when we checked in and neither was the room phone...both which were fixed within an hour of complaining...but even efter the interent was erratic and a bit slow.. Service was great and greeted by all the staff with a genuine smile and felt welcome..overall a great upmarket place to stay with value for money prices in this off season in Phuket..this property is located and part of the highly acclaimed Laguna group..and very upscale neighbourhood..will definately stay here again..
