Landmark Plaza Hotel is decently maintained and is at a prime location. Literally on top of metro station. For this cost in Dubai this is great value. Best thing is Landmark Plaza Hotel is free from unwanted annoyance which is common in many lower cost hotels. The management is trying to run Landmark Plaza Hotel in an ethical manner. Quite hard to find such mentality. They are operating at an extremely low margin so some minor issues are there which can be easily overlooked for other benefits.

This hotel is very near just 1min to baniyas metro station. but the address/location available is very wrong. We searched for this hotel for nearly 1hr even after taxi dropped us to the exact address guided by Google maps. If you are taking taxi then ask the driver to drop near baniyas metro station. hotel is good, service is also good.there are 3 super markets near Landmark Plaza Hotel. Only one bad thing is that there is night club on back side of hotel, so just don't go on that side.

The property is located in the prime location from where most of the tourist attractions are nearby. I tried food and it was very good. Staff was co-operative. The stay felt almost home-like since going out and returning back was as per my own convenience. Free wifi/internet facility was an added advantage for me as I could stay connected across the globe. This place is good for business people.

Location of hotel is good, near metro station.. Overall experience is good. Buffet breakfast has large spread of choices. Room maintainence is very good. Front office staff is very helpful. Everyday mrng I left untidy and when I returned at night, housekeeping made room clean and tidy.

Stay was peaceful, hotel is centrally located to CBD, close to metro station, shopping areas, eateries, night life, in short in centre of the happening places in dubai, the only negative is the Wifi half the time it doesnt work. inhouse restauramt serve good food, helpful staff
