The location of the property was ok, the staff of the property was also fine, the services that they provided was not good as per my expectations, also the rooms that they provided was very dirty and not so comfortable, so the overall 2-star rating for the entire stay.

It was a good stay, staff and services was also very good. location of the hotel was 5 to 7 minutes distance from the patong beach and near to the hotel good indian food was available. Rooms of the hotel was very much comfortable.

Big advantage was the room size was good and was with a road facing balcony. Lady in Counter wasn't that Helping as she was managing restaurant and Counter. Stay here if you are in a nominal budget.

The Hotel was nice n the rooms were clean . The hotel is about a 800m walk to the Mall road.There was just1 short problem that the wifi wasn't working.Descent place to stay.
