worst experience. the staff's attitude is very least bothered and pathetic. no room service and no bell boys to carry your luggage and also there is no elevators and despite requesting for a lower floor room because of medical reasons, they still put us on third floor, we had to carry our own luggage to top it off. no assistance. overall the worst experience and a big noo.no intercom in room. not possible to go everytime for small things .
