Overall the hotel was perfect , room was Perfect with the private swimming pool assistance . Location of hotel was the best part , just a 5 min walk to the famous walking street , but the only drawback was poor hotel policy which was if you have guest they charge you about 2500 inr so I am definitely not going der again 😎

The stay was not good, They provided the check in at 3 but the actual time was 2 'o' clock. There were mosquitoes and the room was okay kind of, not that good. It was not a value for money stay. Not happy.

Having stayed here for the 4th consequtive time in the last 2 years, Nipa has become my 2nd home. The staff are very obliging and accommodative. Would love to come back again.
