only the outside of hotel is Nice. inside is okay however tv was there But no signal. they lady at reception was really mean bad behaviour. she claimed to be the manager and also owner of the place when i asked for the manager. we made an appointment for the airport shuffle. and the next day when we had to leave she said no car however i paid . the car was broken after some discussion with another girl. i told her i ll fine a complain and suddenly a miricale happend the car was fixed. really bad. the women didnt know how to talk to ppl. she start shouting randomly. also to other ppl the same happend I saw

1.Bathroom door not closing and locking. 2. it was mentioned transfer facility will be given from hotel irrespective of rooms, which was denied saying for this room is cheaper room and transfer facility shall not be provided. 3. very rude behaviour from receptionist. 4. Ashtray wasnt cleaned before we entered. 5.very bad pool maintenance overall just not a satisfying stay. no dustbins provided in the room..one single small bin in bathroom for toilet paper was provided.

It's a budget hotel but looks scary in night due to lack of lights. Near by area is also not look very good. Free shuttle was promised but they charge 200 bhatt saying we don't provide free shuttle in morning. only good thing about hotel is that this is near to airport and our only reason to book it because we need to board flight in morning.

Worse then worse hotel because of the lady manager ever seen in my life/ unprofessional / illiterate/ dont have words to describe which will suits on the lady manager who is taking care of this hotel .. never ever stay in this hotel / better stay in any hostel but do not come to this hotel. She don't care for clients..

The stay felt almost home-like since going out and returning back was as per my own convenience. Free wifi/internet facility was an added advantage for me as I could stay connected across the globe.

very rude staff. Lady on the front desk is very arrogant. she doesn't know to behave with guests. she behaved so rudely with the ladies. pathetic experience. I have never been to such a **** hotel.

Rooms are descent enough stay for a night during transit..They promise a free pick up n drop one way but they always give some excuse for not providing and charge 200 baht for an airport drop.
