Even without coming to this hotel by mistake, these people keep the price and when we go there, they ask us to pay extra 3000 and the room is so rubbish, so bad, there is no cleaning, the shower pipe of the boat is not broken, what is the same snake, garbage is everywhere in the room. The room is absolutely rubbish. They were not here by mistake🥵🥵🤬

It's located very near to the Ali Zafar police station & even Al Ghubaiba metro station was nearby to it so location wise it's very good. The rooms & the services they provided here were awesome & their food was great as well. Overall stay of ours in this property was very comfy.

Hotel is very slow to respond over Guest request also
Kitchen means nothing the utensils are less and old out here no gas facility only induction which works really slow which takes 4-5 hours in cooking
Don't expect swimming pool and Gym here not available
Staff are very unprofessional including reception
They provide drinking water only 1st day 500 ml 2 bottles

The property is located in the prime location from where most of the tourist attractions are nearby. The stay felt almost home-like since going out and returning back was as per my own convenience. Free wifi/internet facility was an added advantage for me as I could stay connected across the globe.

The hotel was not that good.The WiFi was not given, They didn't let us call from the reception. They don't cook the food, they get it from outside. They took much time for that, Services were poor. Not a good stay.
