it was a pleasant stay at hotel amata with ocean view from our balcony. staff was very helpful and polite. room was neat and clean with good lighting, good housekeeping services.

i stayed at amata patong for 3 nights. it was an amazing stay. clean room, very helpful staff, most of them understand english and can communicate well. the tour guide near the reception is also very welcoming and helpful.amazing location...everything is very close by ...patong beach, bangla walking street, simon cabaret, 7/11 is just bang opposite...overall we had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel.

I was so happy with the overall service of the hotel. The location was perfect, room was spacious and clean, pool area was beautiful, view from the rooftop bar was mesmerising and the staffs were very friendly and helpful. I will happily recommend this hotel to everyone whoever asks me for the hotel recommendation in Phuket.

They charge money for everything. Visitors are not allowed even for 5 minutes. All rooms were vacant but they didn't allow late check out even by an hour. The manager was very rude and unwelcoming. Rooms are good.

The first off putting thing about the property is that as soon as you enter the room, you are greeted with 3 long lists of potential fine/ damages that you are to pay, starting from the loss of tea spoon in the Mini Bar to the refrigerator itself. The Hotel has seen better days and is in desperate need of renovation. I will not recommend this property Done

Ordinary hotel not recommended to book. Check all items pillow covers mattress bedsheet towel otherwise anything is precious damaged will be charged to u.. locks found not workin on arrivel, Ac spoilt, everything is bad Only it's strategically located next to bangla road otherwise useless
